Terms of Service

Payment:
Payment is due upon receipt for your initial scooping, whether you are signing up for regular service or requesting a one-time/special event scooping. For customers with regular service, payment is due on the 1st of each month. Failure to submit payment or an inability to process your auto-payment will result in a suspension of service until all outstanding balances are paid in full. 

Late Fee/ Returned Checks:
If your account is more than thirty (30) days overdue, a late fee of $15 per month will be assessed and continue to accrue until full payment is received. If your account remains outstanding for more than thirty (30) days, a nominal service reactivation fee of $5 will apply. There is a $25 returned check fee. If a check is returned, an alternate form of payment may be required moving forward. 

Missed Service / Holidays:
If your scheduled service day falls on one of the three holidays observed by The Tidy Dog, service will be performed on the following business day. We do not issue monetary credits for missed services due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to inclement weather, locked gates, or unfriendly dogs in the yard). However, we will make every reasonable effort to service your property as soon as possible.
