Yes!! Just like the mailman you can count on The Tidy Dog to scoop your property through the rain, sleet, and snow(within reason, of course). If the weather gets too dangerous, the snow too deep, or if it's raining cats and dogs then we will reschedule your service. 

The Tidy Dog is closed for the following holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

If your service day falls on one of the above holidays, we will scoop your yard on your next service day.

Nope! We understand that life can be busy, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. As long as your technician can access the areas that need to be scooped, you're good to go. Your Tidy Dog technician will send you a text when they arrive at your home and another when they finish the service. If you have a gate, they’ll also send you a picture showing it closed and secured once they're done.

That depends. If your dogs are friendly and have not shown aggression toward strangers, then possibly. It’s best to introduce your furry friends to your technician during the first scoop to observe how they react. Keep in mind that pets may behave differently when you are not present. 

If we are unable to access your yard due to unfriendly dogs being outside—and cannot reach you to bring them inside—we will skip that visit and return on your next scheduled service day.

Please note: The Tidy Dog LLC is not responsible for any injuries caused by your dogs. If a dog bites, or injures one of our employees, you—the dog owner—may be held fully liable. If you are unsure of your dog's behavior, we strongly recommend keeping them indoors while we are servicing your yard.

Our lawn deodorizer and sanitizer service is the ultimate solution for pet owners who want a clean, fresh, and healthy yard. They're safe for pets, humans, and the environment! We can apply the solutions after scooping or ANYTIME you feel like your yard needs a boost in freshness. Prices for deodorizer and sanitizer start at $10 per application for properties 1/8 of an acre or less. When it comes time to pay, we accept multiple forms of payment. You can pay with cash, check, credit or debit card and Cash App. For added convenience, you can pay by credit or debit card through the invoice we send you! For customers with regular service who prefer a hassle-free option, we offer automatic monthly billing with an on file credit card.
