Yes!! Just like the mailman you can count on The Tidy Dog to scoop your property through the rain, sleet, and snow(within reason, of course). If the weather gets too dangerous, the snow too deep, or if it's raining cats and dogs then we will reschedule your service. 

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, but life can be unpredictable. If your property isn’t scooped on your scheduled service day, we will work with you to get that poop picked up as soon as possible!

If your yard wasn’t scooped due to a locked gate, dogs in the yard, an unplowed driveway, or any other preventable reason, it will be serviced on your next scheduled day.

If your yard isn’t scooped due to weather—such as excessive rain, heavy snow, or other hazardous conditions—we will return the following day, weather permitting. If we miss your property due to an employee absence, vehicle issues, or any other problem on our end, we’ll also scoop your yard the next day.

That depends. If your dogs are friendly and have not shown aggression toward strangers, then possibly. It’s best to introduce your furry friends to your technician during the first scoop to see how they react. Keep in mind that pets may behave differently when you’re not around.

The Tidy Dog LLC is not responsible if one of your dogs bites or attacks an employee. If you're unsure, it's safest to keep your dogs inside while we’re scooping.

If we’re unable to access your yard due to unfriendly dogs being outside—and we’re unable to reach anyone to bring them in—we will return on your next scheduled service day.

While The Tidy Dog takes immense pride in being the best pooper scooper in the business, sometimes things happen. In the fall, heavy leaf coverage can make spotting poop difficult. During the summer, taller grass can also make it harder to see. And in the winter, snow-covered yards present their own challenges.

We always do our best to scoop as much as we can see in these conditions. If you notice any missed poop within 24 hours of your service, just give us a call—we’ll come back and scoop it up free of charge!

When it comes time to pay, we accept multiple forms of payment. You can pay with cash, check, credit or debit card and Cash App. For those who prefer a hassle-free option, we also offer automatic monthly billing. If you're paying by credit or debit card, you can do so directly through the invoice we email you!
